For Whom the Bell Tolls
A liar knows that he is a liar, but one who speaks mere portions of truth in order to deceive is a craftsman of destruction.
Short and extravagantly dressed, Morrow is the epitome of the stylish Basque gentleman. Though he appears unarmed and unarmoured, he seems to be protected by some sort of force field.
Morrow’s motives are obscure, though he appears to be employing the veteran soldiers House Threetrees as a mobile strikeforce and is allied with the xenos reavers of the Crescent Veridian. First encountered on Calunsfield attempting to retrieve the untouchable Cazalia, he escaped in the company of his vile allies, though not before they had badly injured Dreg and offered employment to Jacques.
Eventually rescuing Drake and Jacques from the stricken Hauersblade, Morrow employed them as covert operatives, along with the disgraced priest Brigham Wick. Sending the trio to Umber to try and locate the nobleman Erim Holden, he almost lost his temper when the group returned with the news that Holden had been killed.
